How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island. Rural deliveries may require an additional 2 days.
What is your return policy for compression gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items, provided they are unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I find the right size for 2XU apparel?
Our compression garments are designed to fit firmly. We recommend using our detailed Size Guide located on each product page, which uses height and weight measurements to ensure the correct level of graduated compression.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all 2XU products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
